Tom Terry

Tom Terry’s 30-year career as a business leader, which includes representing Verizon on many business development efforts.  His experience includes various positions covering engineering and construction of telecommunications infrastructure, to media and public relations, to product design and development, to marketing, and state and local economic development.  Mr. Terry’s efforts have been recognized by The US Chamber of Commerce and the White House when his efforts were awarded the prestigious Presidents Action Award for his work with business development.

Tony Unitas

Tony Unitas, with over 25 years experience at Verizon, led many strategic planning efforts for department. He also directed several sales organizations with a focus on major accounts and middle markets. His experience best in class knowledge comes from actual experience through leadership positions. He has worked with many industries with expertise in strategic planning, business & fiscal management, customer care, people & product development and suggestion planning. Core strength is matching business goals with technology.

Carol Terry

Carol Terry is certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists as a Medical Technologist.  She joined Terry and Unitas Associates in 2007 after a 30-year healthcare career with ever increasing responsibilities. After starting as a laboratory medical technologist; she quickly advanced to laboratory manager for community hospitals and an ambulatory care lab for a university medical school. She assumed the position of Director of a national reference laboratory healthcare regional call center. She then advanced to serve as the clinic and practice manager for nine clinics associated with a regional healthcare provider.

In these various positions, she has acquired knowledge in accreditation procedures, billing systems, healthcare policy and procedure creation, as well as, designing clinical laboratory expansions. In addition, she led business development efforts where she organized the inventorying of assets and created a marketing and promotional program that led to increased interest and investment in the area.

Her broad experience with healthcare issues provides a strong linkage to critical aspects of business management and development. This provides clients of T&U with access to real world expertise in policy and procedure development.
